Question 4

Accepted Answer

Yes. Basic at $49/mo includes staff scheduling and the cleaner mobile app. Pro at $97/mo adds automated payroll and GPS check-ins, so the whole team can work from one system.

Question 5

Does TidyWise work for solo cleaners?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Solo cleaners use Basic at $49/mo for online booking, invoicing, card payments, and recurring jobs — without any team setup required. Automated reminders are on Pro at $97/mo.

Question 6

What happens after my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

After the trial you can pick any paid plan to keep using TidyWise. Your data, customers, and schedule remain intact. If you don't upgrade, your account simply pauses — nothing is deleted.
